It is our policy that any and all information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed. We use the information you provide to send you emails and eblasts about sales, new products and online promotions. If you don’t want to hear from us at all, you have the option to opt out at any time.

We will not share personal information that we collect from our customers with any other business or person (with the exception of our secure credit card processor if you pay by credit card). Any information collected on this site is solely for the purpose of completing the credit card transaction and /or communication with you or the recipient of the gift for completing the order/delivery.

For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web servers.

Service Policy:

Payment is due before we create your order.

Our current turnaround is approximately 1 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping within Canada.

If you need items quicker please contact us before ordering, as we can accept a limited number of rush orders depending on our current schedule. Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, your order will be shipped according to our current lead time.

Please note that once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are no longer responsible if it gets damaged or lost in the mail. A coverage for loss or damage up to $100 is included in the shipping service.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for our custom-made, personalized gifts. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling on the customers’ part. Please be sure of the spelling before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective upon receipt, or if we have made an error in spelling or size. These items, once photo evidence is received, will be fixed or replaced at our cost.

Errors on Our Site:

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. nameable gifts reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, nameable gifts will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of products.
